LEADERSHIP CARSON CITY celebrates summer in Carson City with Carson City Leisurely: Recreation and the Arts. Participants spend the morning learning about city recreational and leisure facilities, and touring parks and natural areas.  A trip to the Edmonds Sports Complex to learn about the impact of sports events, tournaments and competitions on Carson City's economy.  Arts presentations follow a picnic lunch hosted by Waddell and Reed at the park.
